We collect the business information you create and manage within the App, including:

  • Sales records and invoice data
  • Product names and prices for billing

3.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain technical information through Firebase Crashlytics, including:

  • Device information (model, OS version, unique identifiers)
  • Crash reports and error logs
  • App performance data and technical diagnostics

5.1 Where Your Data is Stored

Supreme Bill is an offline-first application. Your data is stored in two locations:

  • Local Storage: stored locally on your device for offline management.
  • Cloud Storage: synced and stored on Supabase servers located in the South Asia (Mumbai) region (ap-south-1).

5.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and utilize Supabase's enterprise-grade infrastructure. While we strive for maximum security, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We do not share your data with advertising networks or affiliates. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

8. Data Export

Supreme Bill allows you to export your data as PDF or image files. These files are saved locally to your device and are not stored in the cloud or shared by us with third parties unless you choose to share them yourself.

9. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access & Correction: Access and update your data directly within the App.
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time through the account settings.
  • Data Portability: Export your data through the available export features.

Important: When you delete your account, all data is permanently and immediately deleted from both local storage and our servers. This action cannot be undone.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, it is permanently removed from our systems.

11. Children's Privacy

Supreme Bill is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

12. App Permissions

  • Internet Access: Required for account sync and authentication.
  • Storage/Files Access: Required to export bills.
  • Camera (Optional): For barcode scanning.

13. International Data Transfers

Your data is stored on Supabase servers in India (ap-south-1). By using the App, you consent to this processing.
